With integrated oil mist separator and automatic oil return, certified according to EC Directive 2014/34/EU of 26 February 2014 for: - internal category 2 for gases of classes up to IIB+H2 temperature class 180°C at 50Hz and T3 (200°C) at 60Hz (according to CEI 60079- 20-1:2010), no ATEX certification outside, for ambient temperature from 10 to 50°C. Gas inlet temperature: must not exceed 60°C, as long as the suction pressure is higher than 10 mbar, and 100°C under this pressure. - Marking II (i) 2G b IIB 180°C at 50Hz and T3 at 60Hz (10°C <Ta< 50°C) X. Rated pumping capacity: 280 m3/h at 50Hz Nominal pumping capacity: 340 m3/h at 60Hz, Pumping speed: 240 m3/h at 50Hz pumping speed: 290 m3/h at 60Hz, - with three-phase motor IEC 7.5 kW, 50Hz/8.5 kW, 60Hz 220-230-240/380-400-415 V 50Hz and 440-460V 60Hz. The motor is equipped with PTC thermistors on the 3 windings. Inlet & outlet connections: G2, synthetic ester oil LEYBONOL LVO211, oil filling min/max: 8.5/11.5 l, the use of PAO synthetic oil LVO300 is also possible Materials of the gas-contacting parts: bare steel, cast iron, aluminum, FPM, PFPE, Glass, GRP, polyamide 6.6, filter media (polymers, paper). The pump is delivered with instructions for use and maintenance in three languages (English, German, French). Instructions for pump use and maintenance must be followed. ATEX limitations: - Excess pressure in the oil pan must not exceed 0.5 bar relatively (~1.5 bar abs). - Monitoring the generator temperature, maximum 105°C. - This pump design must not be used in Atex applications other than washing machines - Gas ballast should be supplied in such a way that no Atex mixture appears in the pump. - Engine cooling air and GB supply must not exceed 40°C. - Thermostat valve should be set so that the running temperature is in the range 80 to 90°C. |
