Technical specification | TX-A-04036-4I6-22332830 Application: Cooling of radiators ATEX marking of the drive motor: CE Ex 3G Ex eb IIC T3 Gc Non-electrical part of the fan: CE Ex II 2G Ex h IIB+H2 T4 Gb X Suitable for use in and on Zone I and Zone II of explosion subgroup IIB+H2 and temperature-class T4 under consideration of the special conditions. The suitability is limited by the motor. Intended use This device is intended exclusively for the conveyance of gases under the operating conditions foreseen in the conditions of use according to the data sheet and for installation in customer designed machines. Other uses are considered to be contrary to the intended use and constitute misuse of this device. The conveyance of explosive gas mixtures and installation in explosive gas mixtures according to the fan labeling is permissible but limited by the motor. The intended use also includes: - Professional and qualified handling of the device device, including maintenance. - Operation of the device in compliance with the safety regulations. Improper use: Use contrary to the intended purpose includes: - Operating conditions that do not comply with the agreed specifications of the data sheet. - Improper transport and storage, which can lead to damage or long-term damage. - Conveying media containing abrasive particles or corrosive components. - the pumping of air with a high dust content. - Operation with dirt deposits on the impeller that could lead to imbalances. - Disregarding the quality assurance measures - Operation with dismantled or manipulated safety device or unapproved Attachments that circumvent the safety measures. - Use of non-original spare parts In the event of improper use or modifications, neither claims for defects or liability or other consequential costs can be asserted. Mounting position: Shaft vertically, blowing upwards Operating data at 3AC 480V 60Hz and pst=50 Pa (reference density: 1,2kg/m3) 1,8 m3/s 1771 rpm P1=625W 1,57 A LWA=82dB Complete machine in the sense of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC Type and performance data: On self adhesive label on casing Vibrations: ISO14694 BV3 Impeller: Balance quality G 6,3 Tolerances: ISO13348 AN4 Motor acc. to DIN EN 60034 3AC 60Hz 480VY 0,79 kW Protection class IP65 Coolant and conveying air temp:-20..+50 deg C The minimum distance between the motor cooling air inlet and adjacent components must be at least 20mm ATTENTION: IE3 motors often have higher starting currents and /or longer starting times than IE1 or IE2-motors When connecting to the power supply the suitability of the overload protection devices for the respective motor must be checked and adjusted if necessary. Motor casing: Cast iron, wet coated Nominal dry film thickness: 400 um External bolts and nuts: Stainless steel Colour: RAL7032 Due to the geometry of the cooling fins, a homogeneous layer thickness cannot be guaranteed on the motor. The layer thickness specification is therefore only to be understood as a guide value. Impeller: Cast aluminium alloy G-AlSi12 in combination with an ignition protection insert in the area of the housing that is swept by the blade ends. Due to the very good weather resistance of the the alloy used, the impeller does not receive no additional coating. With stainless steel screen guards at intake and discharge Bolts and nuts Stainless steel without additional coating Steel components: Corrosion protection of steel components: Wet coated The offered coating system is electrically conductable and follows ISO 12944-5:2019 with the corrosivity category C5 with protection duration H (high), analogous to the layer structure according to Table D.1 System number G5.04. Colour shade RAL 7032 The requirements and test methods for thin-walled components are based on DIN 55634-2:2018-03. In case of thin sheets, the degree of preparation according to DIN EN ISO 8501-3 is not to be observed and can therefore not be confirmed. Furthermore edge alignment of the paint layer thicknesses as well as pressure marks of screwed elements in the paint surface are unavoidable. In particularly salty sea air in coastal areas, conditions favourable to corrosion can develop quite differently, so that despite the most careful system coating, the formation of corrosion can never be completely ruled out. The protection period is not a warranty period. (compare ISO 12944-1:2017). |
